Fortnight Elevation offers steady, ongoing energetic support to help you remain regulated, clear, and aligned as you raise your awareness and navigate growth. Rather than working reactively, this container supports you to stay ahead of energetic build-up and emotional overwhelm.
Each fortnight, I perform a distant energy healing focused on clearing stored or stagnant energy and restoring balance across your energy centres. Sessions are guided intuitively and supported by Reiki, crystal healing, and shamanic practices.
You’ll be notified of each healing in advance. Once per month, you’ll also receive a voice note debrief via Instagram or WhatsApp with insights and themes that emerged across the healings.
Some integration symptoms such as tiredness or emotional release may arise briefly after sessions. Over time, most clients notice a stronger sense of grounding, emotional resilience, and clarity in how they respond to life.
